There are one Lab sites in Shenzhen: 

In the Shenzhen National Biomedical Innovation Industrial Park, about 4000m2 built compliance with national engineering centers research laboratories.

Equipped with advanced equipment value more than 44 million RMB, the center has become one of the few centers who dedicated in peptide drug in China.

Additionally, the center has a well-educated research team in the field of biomedicine, more than 40% of technical staff has Master above degree. The academic backgrounds are medicinal chemistry, organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, biological engineering, biotechnology, pharmaceutical or other related majors. Team have many years’ experience in organic synthetic polypeptides, macromolecule drug development, pilot scale and quality management, and rich biopharmaceutical theoretical knowledge as well. The core team members are rich in experiences in peptides for around 20 years. They are successful to finish the R & D, registration, and application for about 20 drugs.

JYMed company currently has two manufacture bases:

In the Shenzhen National Biomedical Innovation Industrial Park, two advanced pharmaceutical preparation production lines for high standards of cassette bottle injection, small volume injection, lyophilized powder for injection, and others, were established in Ping Shan, Shen Zhen. 

Additionally, 10 production lines about 600 acres for APIs are under construction for compliance with cGMP standard in Hubei Xian'an Economic Development Zone which will be very fast to develop projects of peptides APIs or pharmaceutical preparations into both domestic and international markets.

Peptides products have the similar properties with proteins. Compared with the more and complex process technology in the details for small molecule drugs, it is easy for peptides in the lab scale. But it is very difficult for the technology of peptide in the pilot scale and industrial production. The quality research cover a wide range of issues. At the same time, the method development for analysis is very difficult.
